LUCIA FRAGA

FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR

From the first contact, Lucia stays present and involved all through the process and on the big day. Her work is recognized for blending her management and styling skills with classiness, ethic and international orientation.

Her solid academic and professional background includes a 5-year master degree in Economics & Business Administration at the top University in Spain -ICADE-, an expertise postgraduate diploma in Hospitality Management and years of experience managing the Sales & Events department of a high-end Westin resort.

ESTI URZAY

PROJECT MANAGER

Esti’s focused capability to execute any idea and turn it into a reality knows no limits. She is a master of her art in selecting and managing our hand-picked portfolio of vendors and suppliers to obtain flawless results.

Esti has a degree in Tourism at the prestigious Deusto University, which she completed with a postgraduate degree in Hospitality Management. Her previous professional career ranges from Event Director at a renowned 5-star Resort to Scouting and Production Manager for Commercials and TV.

SOFIA KRITSKAYA

IN-HOUSE DESIGNER

Our design guru and researcher of all things pretty. Sofia’s sense of style surpasses pure aesthetics to achieve harmonious and meaningful looks, where not a detail is to be overlooked.

Sofia got her degrees in graphic design and visual communications in the most prestigious schools in Switzerland. Her eye for style and creativity has served her several winning designs for different contests and the creation of multiple visual identities and branding for clients.

CONCIERGE OFFICER

Guests attending our events are lucky enough to have Peter in charge of our Concierge Service for them. RSVP tracking, logistics and special requests are only some of the tasks that Peter takes care of, for our client’s peace of mind.

Peter’s Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management provides him with the most organized and seamless approach for detailed tasks. On top of this, he has extensive experience adding professional golf players, which gives him the ability to put together luxury leisure and sport activities for our guests.
